Shipping partners

Australian domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.

International orders are fulfilled through NextSmartShip. NextSmartShip selects the most suitable carrier or shipping provider based on the destination and available service.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt before being handed to the shipping carrier. Processing may take longer only where a carrier, customs, or exceptional operational issue prevents dispatch.

Delivery tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Australian orders

Australian orders are sent with Australia Post. Delivery timing depends on the delivery postcode, selected service, and Australia Post's network conditions. We recommend using the tracking link for the most current delivery status.

International orders

International orders are fulfilled through NextSmartShip using a carrier selected for the destination and service available. Delivery times vary by country, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. The carrier shown in tracking may differ between orders.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All international orders are sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). Any applicable import duties and taxes are handled as part of the shipping and fulfilment cost, so customers should not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an address needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Delays, lost parcels, and delivery issues

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak periods, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe a parcel is lost, contact us at info@otakuxgang.com with your order number so we can investigate.
